Founder & Chairman
A pioneer of India's solar industry with nearly 30 years' experience. Began at Tata BP Solar (1995–2007), commissioning plants for 50+ ONGC offshore platforms and delivering India's first 110 kWp grid-connected plant. Set up solar divisions at Reliance Industries and Moser Baer. Has overseen 1.2 GW+ of utility-scale solar installations across leading national and international clients.
Founder & CEO
A renewable-energy entrepreneur with over 20 years across the value chain — consulting, manufacturing, distribution, EPC, O&M, refurbishment and decommissioning. Built Twincity Sunlife to a ₹50 crore topline in six years, set up India operations for Proinso and MecaSolar, and founded Inspire Clean Energy (2015), India's first third-party solar O&M company, scaling it to a successful institutional exit (2024–25).
Founder & COO
An infrastructure and renewable professional with 13+ years in utility-scale solar execution, having delivered 180 MW+ across India. Led India's first agrivoltaic single-axis installation at Sahyadri Farms, Nashik. Strong across EPC execution, engineering coordination and statutory compliance.
CHRO
Over 20 years in talent, workforce planning and HR strategy, including 16 years at Larsen & Toubro as Senior Manager, Corporate HR. MBA (HR), Mumbai University. Leads people strategy and a compliance-driven organisation at SunKey.
CFO
Chartered Accountant (2012) with deep expertise in project financing, audit, taxation and financial consultancy, including direct and indirect tax litigation. Leads institutional-grade financial reporting and the fiscal discipline investors and lenders expect.
CTO
An internationally recognised renewable-energy professional with 25+ years of research and 10+ years managing large grid-connected projects. Has worked extensively with ADB, UNDP, the World Bank and USAID, including feasibility studies and capacity-building programmes.
Head, West Asia Operations
13+ years across solar O&M, EPC and business development in India and West Asia. Spent six years at Inspire Clean Energy before relocating to the UAE in 2021. Holds deep on-ground relationships across the region and leads SunKey's West Asia business.
Advisor to the Board
A senior renewable leader with 25+ years spanning Thermax and CleanMax Solar, where he rose from COO to CEO for South East Asia, scaled the team from 10 to 200, and managed 300+ MW of projects. Currently Managing Director at ZEIT Green Development India.
